Sadly not enough pool towels for the swimming pool. Cultural banquet entertainment was awesome, sadly not enough food at the Buffett, we missed out on a lot. Being unsure if we were to get a ground floor until we arrived, very unsettling.

Great property for the price and amazing location. Staff werefantastic. Air con was not clean and in turn made me sick, we had to prop open windows for air flow. Maybe a fan option in addition to aircon would be a great idea.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My room was nice, my daughter's room had mosquito eggs in the bed which she only discovered on day 3 which freaked her out. The pool area was quite simple like a backyard pool and often there were no towels, so I needed to take a bath towel down there. So, a little more attention to that area would be nice. Generally a nice hotel though, close to everything.

This hotel needs a huge update the smell drom the hand basin stinks like sewerage the toilet runs constantly water all over the floor very unsafe the air-conditioning need a thorough clean and disinfection I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone

It was a beautiful place to stay, beautiful gardens and a fantastic pool. Only downside was the aircon was not that great it worked but didnt get cold enough.

My room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating and close enough to everything that you'd need or a short taxi away. Room was a good size for one person but probably a bit cramped for two but really how much time are you really going to spend in your room? I'd definitely stay here again.

The bar staff served alcohol to our child! They refused to accept responsibility for illegally selling alcohol to a minor (a very young looking 15 year old) The rooms were inconsistently cleaned and needed reminders to do so.

The original room that was allocated to us wasn't what we booked & paid for. We had to wait another day & a half before we were allocated the room we paid for. The rooms are comfortable but in need of some maintenance / renovations. Unfortunately, the pool rules are not regulated or monitored as there was a number of occasions where the was unruly behavior left to disturb the patrons. Having said this, the staff are very friendly, as is everyone in Bali. We will be returning.

The staff were amazing. It is an older resort and the rooms xpuld use some attention option's p9lp9 l p The breakfast was good with many options. We have a deluxe room upstairs but would definitely get a ground floor room next time.

The first room had a horrible mould smell, the AC was not cooling as it should be. After a couple of nights I requested to be moved to another room. The lady manager was accommodating under the circumstances. Second room had no hot water initially. Spoke to the manager who investigated and told it would take at least 5-10 mins to come through. A couple of times it never got any warmer than a hand wash. Toilet flush would generally leak and needed constant tinkering to stop the leak. But the AC was great 👍. I spoke to a few people staying here and they are regulars who love the place. Maybe I just had a bad run, but I won’t revisit again.
