Giri the housekeeper is super friendly, professional and welcoming to the hotel. He keeps the rooms extremely clean. I was theee for 8 nights and cant fault anything. The breakfast team is amazing and engaging too. Its a 10/10 for me and I'll be sure to return!!

The arrival, front desk staff and house keeping went above and beyond during our stay. The room is spacious and had all the comforts for our stay. We unfortunately got sick and the staff did everything to help us locate a doctor to come to our room and keep our room stocked and cleaned. We loved the pool and the whatsapp updates to know what is happening at the hotel. Across from the hotel you will find convenient stores and laundry service. It is a short walk to the beach and surrounding markets stalls/shops. The hotel is on a one way street, which can be difficult to get a taxi as it is often congested and mutiple taxis would cancel. The only disappointing setup that we could fault them was their smoking area was in the same area as the buffet, as well as their front desk/waiting area had smoking allowed. Often had dirty cigarette and ash on the tables. It would be better to have designated areas away from food and main waiting areas.

Good location in a quiet street. Buffet breakfast is good with lots of options. Walkable to the beach, downtown Seminyak and restaurants hotel also offers free shuttle to the beach. Pool area is lovely. Rooms spacious and well appointed.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The stay experience is absolutely amazing. Truly a 5 star hotel. Your rooms are constantly getting cleaned and re-stocked with water and other essentials/toiletries, there is 24/7 client services and the kitchen is open until 11pm last food order taken at 10pm. Conveniently close to everything as well and walking distance to the beach and beautiful dining destinations.

Hotel is great and was our second stay at TS suites. Location wise, it’s in the middle of the busy parts of Seminyak and Legian and 15 min walk to seminyak beach. Staff are fantastic in all departments and they can’t do enough for you, so many to mention but Youman on the pool bar and Dwi in the restaurant are superb! Only upgrades the hotel needs to make is to the room tv’s (it might not be the case for all rooms) but ours in 215/217 Tshell rooms where not smart tv’s so couldn’t get Netflix/Youtube on for the kids at the end of the day. Heads up if you’re going to stay here to take a google chromecast. The other is the pool needs retiling. Lots of little tiles missing, but we stayed for three weeks and it didn’t cause an issue, more just cosmetic.

Location was good , good restaurant near by , walkable distance to seminyak beach even though the walk is through narrow roads, hotel itself is clean with friendly staff, the swimming pool &surrounding area were nice ,we enjoyed our swimming plus city view, had an excellent hot stone massage , breakfast was ok , the first night our sleep was disrupted by a crying kid from 2-3am ! The staff were nice the next day & moved our room , all in all it was a comfortable stay

We booked this property for 9 of us (3 families) did xmas holidays. In the heat and humidity of Bali, the electricity would shut down every night. After 3 nights and me literary begging, they offered us a room but not based on our initial request of separate beds. After 2 nights they moved us again to a room with prper bedding. In compensation they offered is one free meal, and at check out they were arguing whether they should remove the charge for the meal.when i said i don't pay, they said they cakl the police. There were constructions all around yhe hotel so verynoisy the whole time. There are a lot better resorts all aroind Bali, stay away from this one and save yourself the headache.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The place was just amazing, staff were all friendly, the buffets breakfasts was delicious. The swimming room was just stunning, I totally recommend this place and I would love to stay here again/
