The Loft is in a good location and the staff were friendly but the room was smelly, dirty and dimly lit. I wouldn’t recommend staying here

I know that sometimes other travelers have different experiences, but I seriously think people have to think about what they paid for before putting up negative reviews. We were greeted by helpful staff and the room had everything we needed for the time we were there. No one could argue about the location... it’s right in the middle of the main part of Legian. If you want a view, book a room with a garden or ocean view in a hotel that has one and pay for that privilege. Don’t expect a window overseeing anything exciting from the middle of a main road!

The location was excellent. The room and bed itself was very comfortable and bathroom fantastic. I couldn’t believe i had such a great room at such a low price. The only downfall was that it was pretty noisy most nights from my room for various reasons - not from the street noise which was quiet. I otherwise totally recommend it, particularly for solo ppl on a budget.
