Its a cozy hotel, a little expensive for the value.

My experience in Melbrooke park hotel was good, up on arrival l i was upgraded to executive room which was a nice gesture. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, though in my opinion the prices of the meal from the restaurant was a little high.

I have been a satisfied customer at your hotel, but I've encountered a recurring issue that needs attention. The staff members seem to overlook verifying payments made through Expedia, leading to unnecessary inconvenience. Issue Details 1. I book and fully pay through Expedia. 2. Upon arrival, staff claims payment is pending or incorrect. 3. This has happened consistently, causing unnecessary stress. Request 1. Improve payment verification processes. 2.
