Its a cozy hotel, a little expensive for the value.

My experience in Melbrooke park hotel was good, up on arrival l i was upgraded to executive room which was a nice gesture. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were friendly, though in my opinion the prices of the meal from the restaurant was a little high.

I have been a satisfied customer at your hotel, but I've encountered a recurring issue that needs attention. The staff members seem to overlook verifying payments made through Expedia, leading to unnecessary inconvenience. Issue Details 1. I book and fully pay through Expedia. 2.
