If I was going to cancel, I had to by October 12. On October 14 the manager changed my reservation WITHOUT TELLING me to another bed selection (I reserved king, received 2 doubles). I also wasn't told at check-in. When I asked I was told that the hotel was overbooked and I wasn't an important enough Hilton customer to qualify for the reservation I made. Seriously - that's what I was told. I wasn't given the option to cancel at that point because I wouldn't have stayed.

Staff were wonderful! Loved looking out my 4th floor window that faced the side/back of the property. The animals and scenery were beautiful. Wish they would at least wipe down the outside tables in the morning. So many of us wanted to enjoy breakfast out there. I asked for a towel with no problem and was happy to do it myself. The town closes up by 9pm, thank goodness for Taco Bell!

We have been traveling for 10 days staying in multiple hotels. All have been great and we just can't give this 5 stars. We checked in, our room had a bad dog urine odor in it. I called the front desk and the girl said she would put us in another room, but couldn't promise it was different. Although, we asked for a room with no pets in it because Im allergic to them. We did move to another which was better.. but found 2 bottles of used liquor in the kitchen. The bed looked like someone slept on top of it... We did stay because it was non refundable on Expedia. The breakfast was good and workers were polite. It's location is perfect to everything.

This is a very nice, new hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and great shower. Easy to access with good parking. The breakfast included several options, and there is an outdoor patio that we could use because we had our dog with us.

Very cute and modern hotel, looks very nice. Unfortunately we found bed bugs. Staff was very kind & swapped our rooms, but definitely steering clear of this chain of hotels next time.
