Room.was very clean, bed was a little hard for me but it was comfortable. Breakfast was kept well stocked and tables cleaned between guest quickly. Older hotel but well kept. Busy area right off freeway but was stull quiet.

Average. Front desk helpful when child locked key in room. Pool/spa area extreme chlorination. The dryer obviously needed exhaust pipe cleaned as it took forever to clear moisture. Room was clean except toilet looked liked the area below water line had not been touched in a long time so slight odor. We were traveling with two kids 7/10. We received a noise complaint for normal family levels of noise at 945pm as we returned from the pool. We are seasoned travelers and respect rules and others. The walls and floors are thin so just be aware. Otherwise, this hotel served its purpose for the night. The breakfast was very good.

We loved our stay at the Best Western in Gaylord. Our room was better than we anticipated, the pool and hot tub were perfect for the kids. The staff was very responsive and helpful and the morning breakfast was delicious! The hotel was easy to get to, and there were lots of dining options in the area.

The walls and ceiling were paper thin and creaky. I stayed for a night hoping to sleep after a long drive. Unfortunately all night, the people above seemed to be awake and walking around, which because of how thin and old and creaky the floorboards were felt like someone was thumping me on my head. It was impossible to ignore and you have to have been there to believe how unbelievably loud it was. Everything else from cleanliness, room size, amenites, to staff, and the breakfast was great!

Very well run, so clean and well-maintained by the cleaning staff. The king rooms we had had really nice seating areas plus a desk, refrigerator and microwave. The bathrooms were updated and very clean. The cleaning staff were very helpful and went out of their way to handle any request.

Everything was fine. No problems. Older motel, but nice. Other reviews showed people complained about squeaky floors, but if you’re on the 2nd floor, like we were, that was not an issue.
