The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. The room service menu was very good with a great selection of local as well as international cuisine. The rooms were large and comfortable, especially by local standards. They lobby was excellent, with food and beverages available whenever you wanted. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with food from many different cultures available. The pool was great. The access to shopping at SM mall was almost connected to the hotel. The airport transfers were great, I recommend arranging a van with the hotel for your pickup and drop off. The Christmas decorations were wonderful. The live music was another great thing. We loved it so much we stayed there three times in the three weeks we were travelling in Asia.

Breakfast buffet is expensive. Staying in a very expensive junior suite and not able to transfer the included breakfast into the buffet area was disappointing.

This is my second time staying here and enjoy the accommodations. The staff is on their A-game and very polite. If you can, try to upgrade to obtain business lounge access on 20th floor. The food is served 3x a day and it’s fantastically stocked with food options. For breakfast, the chef was remembering my order at the egg station. At night, there’s a generous liquor bar with a view of Cebu.

Hotel is dated, towels and cloths given with room service food is strained, water smelled stale but staff was really nice and opened doors and elevators. So staff service was good but everything else did not meet the standards of a 5 star including the food quality.
