The furniture was old and greatly needed updating The shower was not hot, more lukewarm The bathroom vanity faucets were not thoroughly cleaned, I found sand still on top of the faucet Breakfast only consisted of make it yourself waffles, that were chewy. There was no protein options One lamp for two beds

We have stayed here in the past. The room was painted but had paint smears on door casings, splattered on counter, doors and window. Carpet did not look clean, missing base boards. Tub/shower looked new, but has high sides with no grab bars, making it hard and possibly unsafe for older adults to get in and out of. Table with one chair very worn and miss matched looking.

We had no hot water. It was luke warm. Also i was scared to dealth when i went out on room 407 deck and leaned on the balcony. The balcony railing is loose. So looses if i wasnt paying attention and leaned harder id be dead or in a hospital. The continental breakfast wasnt great. The pillows, on both beds, all 7 of 8 were flat and uncomfortable. I hardly slept. Also the balcony sliding door screen doesnt lock. So our grandson had to come up ans visit with the door fully locked. Rather than enjoy the breeze. Very outdated. Took 21 minutes to check in. I was told i wasnt charged a pet fee when checking out. But they did charge me later on after i left. Also i booked a king with hot tub jacuzzi in the room. It said pet friendly in the reservation. I had to switch rooms with my daughter and mom and grandson and give them our jacuzzi room or they said theyd fine me $250 if i let a pet in there. So we didnt.. So we had to take room 407. Total waste of my money. I am so dissapointed. Its my favorite beach. Ill never ever stay there again. Only grateful we took 407 so my grandson wouldnt fall to his death. I think i spent around $225 for 2 rooms and a pet fee. Still should had gotten more value than this. Not sanitary during breakfast. Also no one was replenishing fruit.

We loved the location it had a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Breakfast could have been a little better it was nothing but carbs . Otherwise we really enjoyed our week there .

We couldn't even stay the night here the experience was so terrible. First off, its not beachfront at all. It looks at the river so no waves or anything. Staff was unprofessional, didnt even ask for ID or anything to confirm who we were. The bed was super stiff, the TV didnt work, and the people above us sounded like a heard of elephants stomping around. Walls were very thin and it didnt look the cleanest.
