The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms and lobby were clean. My grandkids really enjoyed the alien face waffles for breakfast.

Stay was good. Didn't have any soap in our room, found out the hotel ran out and gave me an extra shampoo to use instead. Room also didn't have any bath towels and had to go downstairs for some. Tried to use the phone to call front desk, but phone has buttons missing and nothing was labeled to call front desk.

Poor management & not clean
Rooms are absolutely filthy. Hair clogged tub drain (room 330), dirt & hair on floors, liquid spots on floors and counters, stained sheets, and hairs in bed. I have stayed at this hotel for roughly the last 6 years when I have work in Roswell. Over the last two years the hotel has completely gone to crap. Oh and, a full load of crap was in the toilet as well when I walked in to the second room that they moved me into (room 321). I also booked a second room for my employee and his room was like my 1st room (minus the clogged tub drain). Hotel staff was very apologetic and tried to help alleviate the situations. Hotel manager didn't seem to care.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating and you definitely get what you pay for as far as amenities. The ice machine on our floor was out of order and the hotel was very dated. The carpet in the room we stayed in was gross and the bathroom light was broken but the shower has great water pressure and the bed was comfortable.

Traveler beware!
The 1st front desk staff member I met was unfriendly upon arrival. I was not allowed to see room before checking in nor allowed to check in early. Once I was allowed to check in and saw room I immediately went back down stairs to request a clean suite or my reservation be canceled. The room had a very old and dingy loose carpet which smelled of wet stray dog and mold. Was not handicapped persons friendly. Was charged for the $79 for the “upgrade” to a suite when it was supposed to be an additional $5. Employees were using vulgar language in the lobby. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Baymont. Did not choose to stay here. Will not stay nor book at this location again.

Very spacious. Bathroom was a nightmare, tub would clog badly with every shower. Up to our shins. I asked housekeeping for towels and it took 2 days, and we did not get wash cloths. No airflow in the bathroom either. Parking lot, you couldn’t park under any tree because the amount of bird poo that would end up on your hood and windshield was insane. So gross.

Rori was exceptionally nice and helpful throughout our stay over Labor Day Weekend. Only downsides were the couch in our suite was not a pull-out bed and the birds that congregated by the front parking lot will "decorate" your car very quickly.
