Quite nice hotel, basic things on the house were quite nice....proper bathroom doors instead of glass one will be good from privacy point of view when sharing room with kids....but very good hotel overall.

Property well positioned. Rooms modern clean and big enough with great bed! Visit the SkyBar on 14th Reception isnt a great experience with the Restaurant mailing al the noise Lifts can take some time to come down in busy periods

Great stay!
We booked the townhouse suite and very much enjoyed our stay here. The views were sublime overlooking Liverpool. We enjoyed using all the different facilities in the room. It is a shame that there is no instructions / guide to use things in the room, but seemingly becoming the normal now in hotels. The complimentary drinks included local beers which we enjoyed and the views from the bath was excellent. Only slight negative was that the tap was broken and leaked so had to fill using the shower head but not so much of a problem. Would be nice to provide bubble bath but again wasn’t too much of an issue. The staff are friendly and efficient and is a very welcoming hotel. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Great new hotel. Atmosphere was calm and friendly. The decor was cool and funky. The room was really well designed, for example USB ports by the bed, and the bathroom area excellent. The location was really handy for central Liverpool and the Albert Dock area. We will definitely stay again.
