We had a lovely stay here for our concert. The wonderful staff upgraded us on arrival with an even better room which was delightful! Thank you!! Our suite was great. Very spacious and clean. Both check in and check out took far too long. Condition of room is very tired. Bench not properly cleaned down in kitchenette. For price paid for 1 nights stay simply not good enough. Should have stayed at the Pullman.

The hotel was very conveniently located for our event. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed a renovation. The sink was cracked and the tub had chips and discolouration on it, cosmetic fixes, everything worked fine .

Stayed on a night the NRL was on at the stadium. Traffic around the hotel was bedlam and cars blocked the entrance to the carpark. Not their fault but they could have had someone keeping the entrance clear for their paying guests. Bin in room hadn’t been emptied from the last guests. Other than those 2 minor issues, had a great stay.

We have attended many events at Sydney Olympic Park precinct, but this is the first time we have used any of the accommodation. The Novotel was very convenient to Qudos Arena. Parking was sufficient. Room was clean. Staff were very helpful. We plan to stay there again.

The only items I would like to raise is my room bathroom shower the flooring is uneven so the water was draining outside the shower instead of the one right below the shower head room 1332. Also when I ordered by 24/7 food at 4.25am (bowl of chips) I called the reception after 40mins to be advised they did not see the order and I had wait a further 20mins. Everything else was fine.

Arrived after driving 500kms to be told they didn’t have my booking, even though I had a confirmation email. They blamed Wotif for the mistake. Had to drive to parramatta for a hotel after the NRL game we were there for. Very disappointing with no other option given. We are not from Sydney so was a big deal for us.
