Property is old. Carpet was worn and definitely needed cleaning. Other than that, room was pretty clean. Breakfast was satisfactory. Beds are very hard. I have arthritis, so I found them very uncomfortable.

While our room itself was clean and comfortable, it was more online with a basic Best Western property, but not up to the standards I've experienced at other BW Plus properties. Our room's bathroom was also so small that the site barely cleared the toilet. Prior to this stay, every Best Western Plus I have stayed in were hotels (interior hallways, access through the lobby, interior hallways leading to the front desk, dining room, pool, and other amenities, etc.) This was a motel (exterior doors facing the parking lot, necessity of walking across the parking lot to access the front desk, dining area and pool). We chose this property based on our past experiences with the Best Western Plus brand, but now I wonder what differentiates standard from Plus.

Wish the pool had some type of a place where you could lay out and then go get in the pool to cool off. It was weird that it was in the front of the building and not the back. Everything else Was good!

This is a nice hotel with a great location. Our room in particular had an indoor pool view which was a strange set up. Very little outside light makes its way in. Kind of has a cave feel. The carpet was last due for replacing. Other than that it was overall a nice stay. Clean rooms and friendly service.

While our room was clean and comfortable, our mattress was like sleeping in a bowl. You literally can't even use a pillow. Now my back aches horribly. The hot breakfast buffet was completely overrun and they couldn't keep up. They ran out of scrambled eggs, we waited 20 minutes for more, the biscuits were frozen. My wife wondered why we booked a Weston. Now I know we never will again.
