The carpets were filthy!!!!! The linens were heavily worn. There was no elevator, nor notice there was no elevator. We asked for clean sheets and remade the bed ourselves. The bed was not clean. The photos showing the condition of the room di not reflect the current condition of the facility. The clerk who checked us in was courteous and supplied us with the new linens.

We called to see if we could check in early the guy was friendly and kind and checked us in. The next day we went to pool to swim laps were scolded by the front desk lady for having water at pool. Garbage was never chaged 5 days we were there. On day 3 Iwent to ask the Maid for gatbage bags I again was scolded by lady at front desk to not bother staff because it scares them and to ask her. On 4rth day found bed bug on bed. Asked for our beds to be stripped and redressed or to change rooms. Was told that was not possible because they were full and busy. She was watching her phone at the front desk. I stayed at this place said it was dog friendly. It was not. I was questioned if I paid the 20.00 dollar a night fee. I did at check in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. As a 55 year old lady i felt like I was treated like a child and my every move was being watched.

The first room I stayed in was a bit poorly on the third floor. It had an odor to it, the floor looked like it hadn't been swept that well, there was black around the underside crevices of the bath, the toilet ran, the phone didn't work, just not a great experience, and it kind of grossed my kid out. The second floor room looked like it had been updated and was better. I didn't check the bath, but relatively a better experience. Without seeing the second floor room, I would have given an awful rating. Put some dang ice in the water in the lobby. The ice machine is right there. Breakfast didn't seem too tempting. I appreciate you offer it, but waffles and cereal seemed to be the only options, which I get you might not have a kitchen, but maybe some fruit or something?

The room needed a lot of work. There was torn, dirty carpets, walls looked horrible and needed painting. Bathroom looked dirty. Rooms smelled clean, but didn't look clean. Elevator would have been much appreciated. Let me know in the app if there is an elevator.

This property does not have an elevator, which makes it very difficult if you have large and heavy bags. The bathrooms can use some sprucing, but for a quick overnight stay, it does the job.

Booked this hotel due to proximity to a wedding. Upon arrival, noone was at the desk and the sign read call a number f9r assistance so I did and nobody answered finally and lady came in with latex gloves on and said how can I help, not personable at all. I said well we are here for a wedding and would like to check in and change, she said I can charge you an early check and we were there at like 1:05. Lady- you can wait or I can charge you. Super rude attitude! Then, upon our arrival after the wedding it took the guy 20 minutes to check me in, he didnt have a clue and I expressed what the check in lady said and he said well that doesn't make sense, long story. Get into our room to relax and wanted to watch tv to relax, nothing it wouldnt work, so I thought Id give the front desk a jingle and the phone wouldn't work and the cord was completely disconnected and I held it up and showed my husband and tried to reconnect to call front desk. Bed was absolutely hard as a rock and room smelled at $250. The attendants at this location don't give a rip!

Where to start? The room smelled horrible when we entered. They refused to change it. There was no housekeeping service to help with the smell. I opened windows, sprayed air freshener and went out for a couple of hours to air it out. Also, I am sure there are bed bugs that bit my wife all night long. We are dreading the spread of the them as we are headed home. Note to self, pay attention to the reviews before booking next time.

Stayed one night and realized this was worth driving to Bear Lake to save 100 dollars, the drive was beautiful, so I booked another night, just call ahead to get a ground floor, put Mike two e-bikes in the room and had plenty of room to move around.

Great price with indoor swimming pool and nice staff. Make sure you get the ground floor by calling ahead, no elevator, but rooms are spacious and have microwave and refrigerator.

I think for a room like we reserve the cost should be around $40 a night. The carpets are old and used and abused. Once I opened the curtains there was a bug walking on the window. The sink counter/vanity it was made out of wood. Didn’t look like a sink at all. The toilet would run the water every time we would flush. The little chain in the tank would unhook therefore we would have to hook it back up. When we open the thank it was a clothes hanger doing the job. And the worst part was when it was bedtime, I saw. A baby roach walking in the bed. We had no other option since all other hotel was booked by that time. This has been the worst experience us staying at a hotel.

There needs to be work done on the rooms. The carpet is awful and very dirty. We had several lights that didn't work. It was a good value but I've stayed at other super 8s and they were better.. I get it is a good value, but we recently stayed at another hotel in the area that was cheaper and was much cleaner.
