Check in was terrible, gave us a key to another persons room. So that was awkward. Not enough staff to clean the hotel rooms, that sucked. They don’t bring any towels up. Didn’t get my original room I booked.

They do not allow children in the pool on weekends which is not posted on Hotels.com. Very disappointing considering there never seemed to be anyone in the pools anyways.

Pros...Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Cons...We were shorted on bath towels. Also the shower door didn't close properly so the bath mat got soaked.

I have stayed at the Blue Chip in the past and it was awesome. I only encountered the staff at check in. I had a five day stay. The room was “tidy” but not clean. There were food crumbs and a toothpick on the carpet, a lot of dust in the room, stains on the carpet. The sink did not drain well. The overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallway gave me headaches. Kids in the room across the hall were loud, but did quiet down. A long walk from the parking garage to the room. And the carpet and incline in the halls made it difficult for the suitcase to roll easily. I had planned to use the pool but the smell of the chlorine was a bit strong. I could not get the safe to work. The bedding was not very comfortable but it was a place to lay my head! For what the cost of the room was - it was not really worth it. It was disappointing.i doubt I would recommend staying at the Blue Chip.
