Lady nice. Iā€™d say everything was okay clean I didnā€™t feel gross. I just know the towels and sheets werenā€™t washed for a fact. But I was okay. Iā€™m smelled like cigs at night but tbh. I got the best room I think lol.

U get what u pay for.. price and location were good.. but I felt unsafe people just hanging out outside the rooms .. just not the best vibe I got from this place.. Room was ok I guess .. found lashes in the bathroom .. next to freeway so u can hear cars pass by ..I just wouldnā€™t recommend it..

THE FIVE STAR IS A UPGRADED 3 STAR HOTEL NEWLY RENOVATED, NEW FLOORING, UPGRADED BATHROOMS, TV HAS HULU IN SOME THE ROOMS ALONG WITH ORHER MOVIE APPS. OVERALL PRETTY REASONABLE DURING THE WEEK, BUT DOES GET PRICEY come Thursday-Satuday, I would suggest to book on a Sunday -Thursday if you are going to plan to stay for more than one night. No ice machine.Does have vending machines and wzzher and dryer both under $3.00 per machine , has a pool & jacuzzi. Office a little rough during the day, at night a bit more friendly. Also consider staying on the 2 or 3rd as for the first floor has a lot of regulars.

You have to put down a cash deposit which they donā€™t let you know ahead of time. Our sheets in our room were ripped and dirty. The walls were half painted and in summer youā€™d think the pool would be clean but nope, green. Definitely wouldnā€™t recommend honestly. I we had to use the sketchy atm on the property to get cash for our deposit cause usually itā€™s card deposit.

Had gotten the suite room because it looked nice in the pictures. We get there and right of the bat it looked really dirty. We get checked in and as soon as we get to the room the door looked musty. Half of it was peeled off and discolored. As i soon a i open the door i get a disgusting smell or cigarettes and throw up. The room did not look like the pictures AT ALL. I go back and they give me theyre ā€œnewā€ rooms. So i go check it out and still looked really bad and wasnt like the pictures at all. I confronted them and they didnt know what to say and gave me my deposit back and i left. STAY AWAYYY!!!

Dirty and dangerous area! Old hotel furniture dumped right outside. Shady men that seem homeless hanging out in the back of the parking lot.

SCAM! New management is HORRIBLE! Booked a higher priced site because it was the only one "available". Was placed in a cheaper room & was not told. Went to talk to the employees & was told the are issues with the suite & they couldn't refund me the difference. So. I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR A SUITE & GOT THE CHEAPER ROOM WITH NO REFUND.

Horrible staff
Hotel staff are rude and donā€™t care if they mess up a booking. Payed for a studio suite online and when I got there they give me a normal room and say thereā€™s no suites available, wonā€™t refund me the extra for the room downgrade or anything all they said is I can cancel if I want, paid for a suite and got a normal room which is cheaper than I paid and they wonā€™t refund the difference.
