Are was a little run down, allot of closed business but sheriff building down the street. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our two day stay. Loved famous dinner Chips down the street.

Bathtub did not drain water (the water came up to mid calf during a shower), toilet did not flush properly, no room service (no new toilet paper rolls we had to use our own, no fresh towels, trash wasn’t taken out)

Aged and sketchy outside; acceptable rooms
fortunately, the room was better than the outside, which could be described as sketchy/crappy appearing at best. The photo shown on hotels.com and at left here would appear to have been taken many years ago. Room was just ok. Bed good enough, room aging but clean enough for a one-night pit stop.

Went to a concert at the So-Fi Stadium and stayed at Hawthorne Plaza Inn which was less than 10 mins away. The room we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. It had free Wi-fi, microwave, small refrigerator, small coffee pot. small toiletries, nice clean shower and good location.Only thing I didn't like was we had to pay for parking. However, overall, we are pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s just ok!!!!
The property is old but somewhat has a face lift with old materials. Pillows were flat and the bathroom tub shower was moldy. The ice machine was broken and on top of that that charge $5 a day for parking

Good value hotel
I booked this hotel due an overnight layover in LA. The room is clean and have everything you basically need. The shower is great, the toiletries are good. The front desk is nice, even help me carry my luggage to the second floor. Location is very quiet.

Near the airport, booked due to a flight early next day. Had a snack area, but only took cash which is annoying. Door dash found it easily. Bit dated but it did the job. Walls are thin.

Bare bones
Not bad as long as you only want the bare minimum. No hand towels, couldn't understand the man at the check-in desk... he wouldn't open the window so we could hear. The man that checked us out was very nice. Not in the best neighborhood.
