The parking situation is horrible. You have to go inside and get in the hotel check in line at the front desk to get a ticket to exit the parking. This took roughly 40 minutes each time we left the hotel. Ive never seen anything like it.

Staff was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Property had its issues. Hallways are darker than not. The heating system was quite loud. We had a leak in front of the sink in the bathroom, reported it in the morning, and it was fixed by the time we returned that evening. We found a roach in the room on Thanksgiving night, having given the housekeeper a day off, and the next morning, when we reported it, were offered a change of room which we declined. Bathroom was a bit run down (cracked sink, worn sink stand leg, drain top off drain (I never asked why). But functional and all Dove liquid products, which I appreciated. TV with limited choices. We had to use the $40 parking with in/out privileges as local public overnight lots for $17 were all full throughout the holiday weekend. Added more than $200 to our bill. We would stay here,again, as room was fine and staff really wonderful. It was the only reasonable place during TG weekend. Thankful it was more than fine.

Found the Hotel to be very noisy. Good luck trying to sleep with a 24 hr McDonald drive through across the road. Rooms are dated, toilet has a water hammer when flushing, bathtub floor snaps and when you move on it.

I flew from Oregon home Friday, realized when I tried to check in, Iā€™d left my purse at home. I had no credit card, only $2.55 My husband arranged for my purse to be Overnight UPS and we paid $100 but it was supposed to arrive by 10am this morning. Itā€™s now 10:30pm. 7 staff members (Darlene, Sophia, Ryan, Frank, Wendy, Jessica made this ordeal a little better than just tolerable. If an acquaintance or if I again travel to this area, this is the place to stay. It became my home away from home for 3 nights.

For it to be an older hotel they had good safety features, and the shuttle service was excellent.

Good location and shuttle to airport. Stayed five days and the food containers we had in our room werenā€™t thrown out for the entire five days. Ordered a pizza the first night the boxes were still sitting on desk when we left this morning. Other than that stay was good.
