The property was conveniently located less than 10. minutes away from the airport. Overall cleaning of the room was pretty good. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom was a disppointment. Staff cleaned our room and took extra towels when we request for the room to not be cleaned. The housekeepers and guest services was very nice howeever the Front Desk lady Yuma was very rude.

This hotel was great location when flying in or out of LAX not far from the airport. Hotel offers shuttle to and from airport. This hotel is dated for sure, carpets were stained, toilets were extremely low haha and loud, but overall was clean and staff were friendly. Our check in went very smoothly. The area around the hotel is a little sketcy, but we only stayed the 1 night when flying home from our trip, so it worked out great.

Close to the Airport
Stayed there for a quick overnight stop, and it was pretty convenient! The hotel is close to the airport, and they offer 24-hour shuttle service. The only downside is the wait time—it took about 25-30 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up, but it wasn't too bad. Another plus is that there's a McDonald's right in front of the hotel, which is really handy if you're craving a quick bite. Overall, it’s a solid, convenient spot if you need to be near LAX. Great for a quick stay with easy access to the airport!

Area was ok. Staff was helpful. Room could do with a deep clean. Theres was somesticky on carpet and some mess on the wall like somefell from previous guest but wasnt cleanup properly. I arrived at the hotel hours before checkin and was allowed to checkin and start enjoying the property. Restaurant on site had some good selections. McDonald's in front was goid for kids

I called for a ride from airport to hotel 3 times. We waited 1 1/2 hrs. Keys to both rooms didn’t work had to go back to front desk. Not a pleasant stay. Will never stay at holiday inn again. Very unhappy
