The sofa bed is broken. Called FD for replacement, no rollaway available. No pads available. Only gave us thin blanket to sleep. Paid for 5 people to sleep. My son ended up sleeping on the couch Instead of the bed.

Nice and new
One of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's brand new, and smells brand new. You can see Six Flags right out the window. It's pet friendly, so be aware that there may be animals on site. I'm highly allergic, yet I did not have any problems with allergies while I was there.

El hotel parece nuevo, están haciendo una construcción por lo tanto la vista del hotel es hacia las máquinas que usan, en la habitación había olor como a sucio con perfume, el colchón del sofa cama era una vergüenza, fino y además todos los resortes te pegaban en el cuerpo, tuvimos que sacarlo y ponerle en el piso con almohadones, y éramos 5 personas y solo nos ponían 3 toallas y fuimos a pedir más y nos las dieron manchadas

Property is always clean and well-kept. For some reason breakfast wasn’t up to par this time. Really disappointed because usually they have great breakfast. Hopefully they improve their menu asap. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant.

Overpriced disappointment 😞
The people above us damaged their room causing a flood of water to come into our room. We had to move rooms and we had our dog with us. The problem was that we had left for the day and they called us back to move rooms and move our dog and we were already at the amusement park. I feel like that night shouldve been comped or partially comped. Not satisfied with the services. We got free snacks which we had our own i didn't care about getting more snacks.

The staff is great there. The charging station is bad, 2/3 are out of work. Even the staff restarted the circuit breaker, the station stopped working after 1 minute. The air conditioner is old and pretty noisy.

This place seemed amazing but of the Wednesday-Sunday stay WE NEVER HAD OUR TOOM CLEANED, asked front desk 2x and still nothing. Issue by the pool with an unsupervised child hitting people and that was barely addressed of at all!!

Extremely comfortable beds, quiet and comfortable stay. The property is beautiful and the breakfast every morning changed and was tasty! 10/10 will stay here everytime i need to be in the area.
