Very nice property esp convenient if you are cruising. Great amenities. Towels were an issue but was resolved quickly. Nice pool. Beautiful property. You can walk across the bridge to large variety of restaurants and entertainment. Nice gym onsite. You can rent bikes. The onsite restaurant is good. Complimentary fresh baked cookies. Free shuttle to cruise port. Will definitely stay again

We liked this hotel. Everything was nice besides the cleaning of the property everything is broken and the paint has faided. Then the house keeping knocked at our door very early to try to come in and clean it. I had to call front desk about it. Then at the pool there was no one there and it was a mess, trash everywhere, no clean towels and some people where in a corner drinking alcohol even though it says no outside food or drinks.

I like the guest service given by Ashley.She was polite friendly helpful courteous and if she were still on duty at front desk at checkout me and my wife would have definitely given her a big tip.Ashley made our check-in and stay very accommodating and relaxing.And the shuttle driver was also very friendly.
