FILTHY all around... We were absolutely disgusted staying there. Entire ceiling had HANGING DUST bunnies! I've never seen anything like that! Very thick layer of dirt on all light fixtures and black mold on sink drain!.. I wish I could post .. But I also must tell everyone that my shoes made that sticky sound on the tiled floor in hallway and bathroom. The only reason I chose this hotel was included breakfast and I must say that they served either boiled/steamed/microwaved sausage and ham (terrible), fake eggs and some Chinese style porridge with fried onions.. Same things every day.. We also felt out of place since we were the 1 out 3 non-Chinese families staying there too. I'd never stay there again..

The room smelled, so many issues with the toilet, bathroom smelled terrible, dirty floors, carpets were the dirtiest carpet I've ever seen, dirty bathroom, unsafe neighborhood; right when we got there to check-in, there were 4 police cars in front of the door; they had someone in custody! Very very low quality breakfast! The only nice part of the hotel was the lobby; as soon as the elevator doors open, you figure out what you got yourself into!!! Old building with molded ceiling; the whole building smells humidity! In conclusion, the pictures look so nice, but totally different than reality! Don't let the images fool you!

Where do I begin? Trash cans catching plumbing water next to our “suite”! Dirty and worn out carpets. Furniture stained, outdated, old and smelly. No microwave in the room and mind you, we had a suite! Like a 3rd world hotel but maybe that’s unfair because I have stayed in the 3rd world with accommodations 1000 times cleaner. Oh and the breakfast was trash. Egg beaters … sparse and disgusting. We threw it away and I imagine a raccoon wouldn’t touch it. There should be negative ratings!

You get what you pay for I guess…. Although I’ve paid less for way better quality hotels/ suites. First off, the customer service in this place is terrible! Extremely rude and racist workers/ attendants. The place is extremely dirty, hairs and visible roaches everywhere as well as rats outside in the parking structure. It was terrible! I had to leave! The a/c in the room didn’t work at all. The windows were stained & dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned in years… the bathtub was dirty with rust/ scum around the drain.. truly disgusting. & worst of all, the customer service in the front desk! Never staying here again.. Stay at a different hotel! This hotel is not worth the price at all!

Photos online were a bit misleading. Hotel is older with some upgrades, but the overall feeling we had was uncomfortable. It's non-smoking but each floor smelled like cigarettes. There were a few unsettling stains in our room which again, not pleasant. In-room coffee maker was broken. Had to search for a working ice-machine since the one on our floor was temporarily out of order. The bed was surprisingly comfortable though. It's rock hard but we slept pretty well.
