Sign in front states you cannot stay longer than 14 days in a room. I let the front desk know when I checked in me and my family were evicted from a property in probate. I stayed a total of 11 days and went renew my booking. I was told itās company policy after a 6 day stay my room has to be checked. After waiting 15 min I was told that they would not renew my stay, I asked why not and he said he didnāt know maybe too much stuff. I asked for a call from management but still have not heard anything. We didnāt have any complaints on us, we were quite respectful, and made sure the room was clean at all times. The lady that checked the room came I. 2 feet asked how long we were there and said Iāll be right back. Thatās when I was told at the front desk. Iām not sure what the reason is but we were evicted right before thanks giving and now we are told we cannot stay at the hotel before Christmas. We have been a residence of Carson for 40 years. We had a few bags of clothes, food and blankets. The side door has a sign that states you need a key to enter. Thatās door is unlocked all times of the day. We didnāt complain but I believe we were turned away for no reason. Me my wife and my 3 minor children had to repack and move relocate all over again. I still donāt understand why. I would like a refund for how we were treated.
