Staff was somewhat surly. Also in this day of identity theft, I found it incredulous that they made a copy of my driver’s license and would not destroy it or give it to me on my request at checkout. Especially after the room was paid for in advance and a credit card was taken and charged for incidentals and they quoted it would take 2 to 4 business days for it to be reversed after checkout. I will never stay at this facility again!

We booked two rooms and none of the TVs worked. We had to be transferred to another room where the TV didn’t work either. There were smokers throughout the property although there was a smoking section not everyone followed those rules so we had a smoker next-door and it was awful.

Front desk was polite and let me check in early. The room was clean not spotless but for just the one night itwas fine only thing i had a issue with the air conditioning thing was very obviously dirty and hadnt been cleaned in a long time. The bed was FANTASTIC so comfortable and soft. Some pillows were soft others were alittle firm but i liked that. Parking was easy and checking was a breeze 10/10 would stay again

Stayed one night during a road trip, staff was very kind and helpful but the conditions in our room weren’t the best regarding cleanliness, I used lots of Lysol wipes. 😕
