This property was ideal for the purpose of our visit: It was close to where we needed to be. While it's an older property, it was very nice, well-maintained, and charming. It had a koi pond and fountain, which were so nice. And the room had a mini-frig, a microwave, and even a small stove-top, which are ideal for a longer stay. The staff were very friendly and we look forward to staying there again when we return in a few months. Thank you for the super service! :)

You get what you pay for.
The lighting and safe did not work in our first room. I was going to cancel my reservation, but I didn’t want to stress my kids. We switched to another room and it was a slight improvement. However the shower was just terrible and caused the floor to get wet. Also, every day we returned to the hotel, the key would not work and I would have to walk back to the front desk to have them resolve it. My kids complained the whole time, but I wasn’t able to just cancel and try to find another hotel. The front desk was really friendly though. The inn just needs to be updated.

The rooms smelled dirty, very bad cigarettes and marijuana. I didn't stay there and asked to get my money back and he said that the boss isn't here until tomorrow and I had to drive and book at another hotel, as you know.

Outside looks good and the lobby looks good too. The pavilion was staged nicely for photos. When we got to the room, it was different. Quality is different from other Ramada hotels.
