Mostly everything was good. There was some visual stuff like broken glass in the garage that never got cleaned up, and the garage alarm was activated for the 2 days that I was there.

I was unfamiliar with the area and worried about the safety of the location. Pleasantly surprised!! The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. I did not feel unsafe and the venue I was going to was very walkable. Great stay!!

You are paying for location and nothing else. Parking was $40 and not secure. I went to use the elevator after checking out and there was a homeless man inside half naked changing his clothes. I arrived 10 mins before 3 and they wouldn’t check me in until 3. At 3 there was a long line to check in and I didn’t get my key until 3:35! Didn’t get to my room until 3:45. Got a room with a “view” but it was noisy due to traffic. I stayed there to be close to my son who I was visiting and to attend a concert. Location was great for that but nothing else. The system is old and needs updating. The staff tried hard to work fast but could move faster than the outdated system. The staff was nice for being so busy.

USC Hotel Three Night Stay
Check in was average. Had to park my vehicle in a garage right behind the hotel. The parking garage had a locked door to reenter when walking back that my key card did not open even though it was stated that it should. The garage was clean and felt safe. The room was a standard hotel room with standard amenities like a mini fridge, TV, iron and board, etc. Two free water bottles are provided and USC themed bath robes are provided as well. I was provided a room with a door adjoining the adjacent room; I could hear a significat amount of noise from the adjoining room through this area. My main concerns were the overall condition of the room. The blackout curtains had holes, the furniture was very worn and the room had a general off putting smell. The gym was a good size. The hotel felt safe and was within quick walking distance to USC. There were several places to eat very close to the hotel. I wish the hotel room was in better condition because the location is great. Checkout was easy.

I had a wonderful experience at the USC Hotel! The property was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location was very convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants, and it was easily accessible for our children. My family and I absolutely loved our time here and would definitely visit again!

Everything was going just fine until the morning we were to check out. Around 8:30 in the morning somebody came knocking on the door and when we didn’t answer in time, the door opened up and a lady walked in surprising us while we were getting dressed she said she was there to remind us that check was at 11 AM, why the hell would somebody open our door to remind us when checkout was other than that? The hotel was great. The room was clean and everything was nice. I would like to think that was an isolated incident and not the way they conduct their business, but I guess I will never know .

Stay was overall good until the next morning I was woken up by housekeeping. They literally almost entered my room until I ran to the door stopping them. They had told me the room was checked out already. I told front desk when I checked out and they said it was wasn't their fault, it was whoever give them the wrong room number. I get it to a point but they have to have better control or confirmation of who checks out up front.

Check in was great. The room was nice and clean. I liked that the bottled water was free and not an extra charge. This hotel was so close to the Shrine that we were able to walk to attend the concert. I did want to point out that maybe you should look into the laundry detergent that you use for the linens. My husband and I started itching as soon as we tried to go to sleep. We put on lotion and then we ended up taking allergy medicines.
