The staff was very nice and welcoming. Half of the elevators were closed and did not work. The room service did not work when there were more guests. The food at the buffet wasn’t anything spectacular. For Japanese restaurant we reserved a spot but we had to wait an extra hour for our table. The management was not the best when there were more guests at the hotel.

We were told that construction was being done only during certain days and only during normal business hours, which was not the case. Very noisy at night and made it difficult to enjoy the outdoors after dinner.

Pros: Lovely swim-up rooms, awesome swimming pools, excellent service all around, beautiful beach. Cons: Besides breakfast omelettes, lunch and dining options are terrible. The main pool area is super noisy with folks yapping on a microphone non-stop from 10.30 to 5.

I loved our room the property was so beautiful & clean. Staff was so nice i mean extremely welcoming. Restaurants & the servers were super attentively nice. The welcome drink was so delightful i wanted one all the time. Lol Thank you for the hospitality i felt at home!

The staff was extremely friendly. They all made conscious effort to greet you in every encounter. Part of the site was under construction, so noise prevented us from using part of the place. Other than the French restaurant that we did not enjoy, particularly, we loved the food everywhere else. The Asian restaurant was our favorite.

The service at this resort was truly exceptional—unlike anything I’ve experienced before. While the rooms could use a bit of updating, everything else more than made up for it. Alejandro and his manager by the pool went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Alejandro’s attention to detail was remarkable—he asked for my name just once and remembered it throughout our entire trip. Their dedication and hospitality made our vacation unforgettable!

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our hostess Margarita, waiter Jair and bellman Jose we exceptional. I would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again ourselves if we come back to the area. The property is under renovation but they did a great job of limiting the impact it has on guests.
