It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great. Be prepared to have one bar of soap for your hands and your showering needs. There’s no hair dryer. There’s a no smoking requirement but everything definitely has the hint of smoke. The main enterance doesn’t give you the feeling you’re in a safe neighborhood because you have to walk into three locked doors. Appreciate their extra precautions though.

Stayed here for Equip Expo. It is walkable to Gate 6 of the expo center. I liked the fact that it had a shower/tub combo instead of just a shower like the hotel down the street. This side of the expo center is in a little bit of a shady neighbor. At this hotel, they have the train tracks on one side of the hotel and the interstate directly behind the hotel and a busy street in front so it is not quiet. The rooms had hard surfaces instead of carpet and the room itself was clean. The hallways are still carpeted and they weren't so clean and you could obviously smell several rooms partaking in the 420 even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel with strict penalties for smoking (clearly not being enforced). The kitchenette in the room is nice with a full sized fridge/freezer and microwave and stove top and sink. Good price, easy parking.

We purchased our hotel stay at 9pm as we had a change to our flight and wouldn't arrive until after midnight due to weather. I messaged the property letting them know that it would be a very late check in. We only wanted it as we didn't want to drive home two hours after not sleeping all day and then arriving so late. Once we arrived to the hotel the office was closed and there was a phone asking to call if checking in after hours. We tried calling multiple times without response. A tenant of the hotel happened to come out and stated they would call management and called Terry. Terry told me they couldn't check us in as it was after midnight and they couldn't give us a room despite paying in full already. We called Expedia immediately and let them know and they opened a claim to get our money back. The hotel never reached back out and never refunded us our money despite not being able to stay. We were out our money AND had to drive home anyways. Still have not been refunded and it's now a week later. Terrible service. Terrible follow through. Terrible experience and will never book another stay through this company ever again.

Stay far away!
Immediately upon entering the room we noticed that it was very hot and had a weird smell to the room. There was a large bug crawling on the wall, bugs around the fridge, and there was a pile of dead bugs. The check in after hours was very strange and the office lady wasn’t very friendly. The maintenance man Jeff was very nice and quickly offered to give us a refund.

Eh.. wouldn’t recommend.
We were told if we took a hot shower, the fire alarm may go off, so we stuck to an uncomfortable luke warm shower. The walls are paper thin, as well as the ceiling. We could hear all movement from above us. The fridge made clicking sounds in the middle of the night, waking me twice. The guy working the desk was nice. We stayed very inexpensively, so I guess we got what we paid for.

Check in was ok. We were greeted tn the room by a roach wandering around. The hotel staff offered to chemically treat the room or he would refund our cost and send us on our way. Since it was already past the bedtime of the kids, we decided to stay. The room was in general disrepair. It appeared to be s heavily used room. The surfaces were worn, doors had damage and the finishes needed a bit attention. The building in general needs attention. Being so close to the airport, it probably make a bundle of money, but its not worth the exposure to the critters and who knows what else.

It was unique how terrible the staff was. Customer service clearly was not in their job description. Front desk lady had no manners or sense of urgency with customers. Took 15mins of me standing at the front desk calling out for someone to come help. Whole time she was in the back wasting time. Never again will i stay or recommend this to anyone and im always traveling to the Expo center right behind the building. Isnt it unique how one unworthy employee can lose so much revenue ?
