I wanted to write an honest review. Iā€™d give it a 6.5 out of 10. We didnā€™t have the highest expectations but we were pleasantly surprised. Thereā€™s a lot of negative reviews on here but we didnā€™t experience any issues at all. Property was clean. Bathroom was updated. Kitchenette was nice. Clean bedding without bugs. Iā€™m fairly picky and I have no complaints. Worth the price.

Dirty, noisy. Lots of long-term residents living there. Dogs barking, and scratching in other rooms. The place smelled really weird. Did not feel safe in the hallways or parking lot.

Tv not working correctly... sink faucet wasn't working... no one to fix for two days so my husband fixed... several roaches.... elevator worked but scary.... needs lighting outside at dark....

Extremely dirty. Chairs and furniture in bad condition. Bad smell in the room, hallways and elevator. Terrible location and surroundings. Just didnā€™t felt safe. Never staying in a place like this.

Weird towel policy. We are a traveling band. We paid for 4 travelers and only got 2 towels. Was told by the front desk weā€™d have to pay for extra towels. Which seems very weird considering a towel is just a towel. They ended up giving us the towels for no extra charge. Weird people hanging in the parking lot all night as well. Nothing happened but Iā€™m not into people hanging around parking lots after hours.

It wasnā€™t bad, but it wasnā€™t great. Be prepared to have one bar of soap for your hands and your showering needs. Thereā€™s no hair dryer. Thereā€™s a no smoking requirement but everything definitely has the hint of smoke. The main enterance doesnā€™t give you the feeling youā€™re in a safe neighborhood because you have to walk into three locked doors. Appreciate their extra precautions though.
