This place is a joke
You’re lucky if they are there to check you in. The employees go missing and Libby doesn’t work half the time. Most of the people there live there full time. Doesn’t feel like a hotel at all. There’s no carpet anywhere to be seen. It’s basically a low rent apartment complex.

I wish I could give this place a rating separate from the receptionist, she was great! But the room while it appeared clean, the smell of smoke was on absolutely everything. I had to wrap my pillow in a t-shirt to be able to lay on it from the smell and we coughed the entire time. We are obviously non smokers. We arrived near midnight and we were too tired and couldn't muster the energy to leave at that moment, but we promptly left near 7am. We called the service line since no one was at the front desk yet, the attendant just accepted the update and promised a refund. I booked what we could afford and forgot to check the reviews. Wish I had. Our brief interaction with the receptionist was nice, she was funny and quick for our late arrival. I appreciated her.

When I arrived at the property my toilet in my room was dirty & I had to clean it with one of the washcloths. Also the fridge was stained in my room & the floor was filthy. Also after hours on 12/07 had an attitude & told me she wasn’t going to bring me towels so I can wash my ass last night & I was going to have to wait till morning to get towels. Turns out nobody in the morning brought me towels & I’m pretty sure the little girl working after hours on 12/07 didn’t bother letting morning shift know cause she was too busy on her phone not doing her job. Also felt like I was in the Hotel projects cause people were really loud & I can hear people’s little demonic kids cussing & banging on my wall.

Got to room no heat, had to change rooms and then shower didn’t have any pressure in new room. Toilet kept running. I overcame fix it women.

We arrived and there was the smell of drugs and cigarette and In our room there was bugs in the bathroom. Derty room conditions. It was so bad we did not sleep in the hotel and instead with some friends on the floor of their house. We need your help to be reimbursed our payment.

I never actually stayed at the hotel. As soon as I opened the door to my room and saw the conditions, I had to leave immediately. The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming, and the presence of cockroaches made it impossible for me to stay. It was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Not fancy at all. The woman who was my sole contact was wonderful and got me checked in. However, my room at the very end of the hallway was immediately next to the exit. Very noisy and I wish I had thought to bring ear plugs.

Checkout was at 11am, i was in the shower at 10:30 when i hear the cleaning guy in my room. After getting him out of my room he stood out side the door he didn't speak English but he understood i was pissed. I then go down to the front desk and he's down the there i asked to see a manager he acted like he didn't know what i was talking about so i left .I called the hotel and Dave answered the phone after going back and forth with Dave, Dave then tells me he doesn't understand English and that they use Google translate and could only say "he didn't understand you" Dave was terrible!! And he hung up the phone. In all my 45 years this was by far the worst service i have every received. I was telling Dave i told the cleaning guy"uo momento por favor" so i know he understood me the hotel smelled like a nursing home and corporate needs to come down. I never leave comments but this was unacceptable.

called to check in after hours and was told that would be ok however after arriving was not able to appearently because they had to call the cops earlier to have a vagrant removed. however the maintenance guy told us he could "work somthing out" to get us up into room but would not be able to provide us a key. would not reccomend at any cost
