There were rats in the ceiling, the carpet was wet around the air conditioning area. The air conditioning didn’t work and the room smelled like mildew. There was also no soap in the room either.

I chose Ramada because I used to think they were nice hotels but this one was horrible. No elevator so we had to drag our luggage up the stairs…no bottom floor rooms available. The carpet is totally gross…stained & sticky. Upon entering room, the smoke detector is laying by the TV with battery out. The floor in restroom was sticky & tub was all patched up. We couldn’t get the door bolt to work so I stacked stuff against the door. The light in the bathroom was wired incorrectly so one had to stay on all night…at this point I really wanted that smoke detector to work! I called to get free Wi-Fi name because I had the password but it was down & they were working on it…still not up when we left the next day. Definitely will not stay at Ramada again.

Filthy hotel. The front staff as nice however the entire cleaning staff needs to be fired. The bathrooms were unclean and the linens were unwashed. The front desk needed to move us to four different rooms to finally find a clean room. I feel sorry that the front desk needs to apologize for how terrible their cleaning staff is. Beware only a few receive full internet service rooms.

The first room had mold on more than half of the ceiling. The security doors to get in thru the rear entrance were broken. The second room had a toilet that wouldn’t stop running. I will never stay at that place again

Quite and comfortable, but!
Comfortable, clean but old needing repairs. The hall rugs definitely need replacement. Our room was nice but the bathroom needs to be remodeled. The bathtub is dangerous and the toilet has cracks in it. Also there is no exhaust fan and everything gets streamed up. Good breakfasts.

The website pictures are very misleading. The hotel needs a serious make over. Since the name Wyndham was attached i figured it wouldn't be bad. At the hotel you see a sign that leads you to believe Wyndham is by name only. If it wasn't for a family situation and payment in advance. I would have high tailed it out of there and never looked back.

The microwave was plugged into a surge protector that blew everytime you tried to use it. Phone didnt work. Tv didnt work. The bath facet was severely corroded and you could only use the shower. Room did not have a soap bar or tissues that were clearly supposed to be there. All staff were super friendly and glad to help with issues.

I really enjoyed my stay and will probably book future stays as the location was convenient, close and doable for my needs, breakfast was great, stocked and fresh( Thanks Shenell and the other young lady). The Staff overall was wonderful, friendly and always professional and helpful.
