I did not stay at this hotel. I had a reservation there and I called to cancel the first night of the reservation because I was leaving home later than planned. I spoke with one of the desk staff who told me no problem they would take care of it the next day when I checked on it, I was told that I did not call that I was a no-show and would not receive my room refunded. I stay in this area frequently, but I will never stay at this hotel again I do not like being called a liar. I have stayed there in the past not too much for the facility.

Only thing negative was we could not check in until almost 5 pm - I understand they were short of help for housekeeping though - so it was ok - we set in the lobby and chatted while we waited.

The rooms are very simple but very clean. The staff was so nice - both in the evening when we checked in and in the morning when we checked out. Breakfast was great. Lobby is very cute and trendy. Perfect place to stop for a night. Would stay again.
