Harrased by house keeping!
We were harrased by house keeping. House keeping started knocking on our door at 7:20 a.m. when I was in the shower and my wife was still in bed. House keeping was wanting to clean the room. We told house keeping we were leaving that day and would be out before 11:00 a.m. House keeping returned two more times wanting us out so the room could be cleaned. The third time they knocked on the door and kept walking down the hall. My wife and I are older. We are very quiet people and Christians. We were polite each time house keeping knocked and as always, we do most of the cleaning before we leave the room. To include emptying trash cans, cleaning the refrigerator, and cleaning the microwave. We have never been harrased by house keeping at any other hotel.

When I went into my room there was a strong mildew smell. I went and bought air fresheners but it didn’t help. I took my shoes off and walked to the bathroom and the carpet in front of the bathroom door was soaking wet. I told the staff and I got down grated from a king sized bed with a jetted tub to a two queen size bed room. They would Not give me any type of refund whatsoever. I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions but I will Never stay there again.

They are doing better. The AC worked well and the bed was comfortable. Still didn't have a working blow dryer in the bathroom but at least the TV worked and the windows were not broken and locked. This hotel still needs a lot of maintenance items seen too. The pool was closed again. They need a proactive maintenance manager. I expect more from a franchised property like this at this price point.

The carpet in this facility was soiled and dirty. Should be replaced. I had to go to the front desk to get a lamp for our room otherwise the only lights were in the bathroom and room door. The breakfast, although limited, was cold. Obviously sitting way too long.

Hotel reaked of pot when we walked in. The carpet in the hotel was nasty dirty. Bathtub faucet was leaking. Steady stream coming out when it was off. Shower head sprayed over the top of the shower curtain due to a leak from it as well. Had to put a washcloth on top of it to keep water from getting on floor over the curtain

The pop machine was broken, and the pool/ hot tub was out of service. We checked in and our room had dirty towels and unmade beds. The front desk apologized and gave us another room that had been cleaned. The carpet on the stairs was filthy but the staff was very friendly and it worked for a short, one night stay especially since Best Western has a sink hole now!

It wasn't to bad, except the pool wasn't open and they didn't know when it would be. No coffee for breakfast, orange juice was more water than juice. Air conditioner was freezing cold. Room had a few rough, wear and tear spots.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was nice. My only complaint is there were not any outlets next to the bed to plug your cell phone into unless you unplugged the clock.

Rude staff! Nasty!!!
Waited at the front counter to check in over 10 minutes. Ringing bell numerous times. Then clerk walks in front door. Was outside with a group of people when I walked in. Noted on email they sent l first floor only. Paid incidental fee then also. I was placed on 2nd floor. Until I spoke up. And asked for my credit card. I said I already already prepaid. Oh, your right she said. She said well... give me your key card so I can change it very rude! No directions to room, no info at all. Handed me a key and walked back outside. Texting the entire encounter with her people. The room. Omg nasty! Carpet torn up badly. Tack strips showing. Don't walk barefoot. And that's not even half the issues! Do NOT stay there!!

never will book there again it was down right nasty the rooms that we had walk across the carpet to the bath and to wash our feet this was not agood place to be with a two year old child. NO lights in the room except for one and the bath. and i will never use your company again either thanks
