Lovely quiet hotel. Great staff on the front desk, friendly and helpful. Check in was quick, and I got an upgraded room, which was incredibly comfortable and spacious.

Three female adults traveling - we spent 2 nights here. We booked for 3 adults and were given a family room which was two separate suites, each w a bathroom. It was nice to give us some privacy. The rooms themselves were OK, not huge. The beds were the biggest we got the whole trip in Spain - a queen and a King which was great. Beds comfortable and plenty of pillows. The view was nice. Having adjoined rooms was nice. Bathrooms were good. Towels decent and big enough. Had a mini fridge (with stuff for purchase) but we just moved that aside and used to keep water cold. Clean. Minuses are no luggage racks so used the desk and the floor. AC was weak. And breakfast was too expensive for what we needed ($19) so we just went out. Also the tiniest elevator we have ever seen! Could fit 3 adults only w/o luggage. We had to split up to use it - lol - but seriously not really a problem. Another negative is that it was too far to walk to many areas I wanted to see. Taxi was much faster than subway so that’s what we used. We found some nice places for eating walking distance tho. Had a nice time in Madrid.

Excellent location!
Walking distance to multiple metro stations that quickly connect you to the city center and Gran Vía. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms clean and comfy. No major sounds were noticed neither from the street or other rooms. Shower operated properly. Would definitely stay in this location if I’m back in Madrid

Nice stay!
I arrived on Friday and check out on Sunday, the front desk personnel was very friendly and kind, he made my check in process smoothly after I had a really bad day, when I should arrive in 2 hours from Valencia to Madrid, but due to some accident, the train stopped just 5 min before my arrival to Chamartín and at ended up to Atocha after 1h 20m waiting, almost the same trip duration from Valencia to Madrid. I really love the location of this hotel! It's hidden into a very nice and quiet area, and the tranquil environment and surrounded with full planted trees give a really calm atmosphere. There is a Carrefour Express at 300 mts which opens until 23h, the street where Carrefour is, there is also lots of nice restaurants, dining out is not a problem. The metro station Gregorio Marañón is near by, everything is very convenient and easy to reach. The hotel is also eco friendly, the guest should bring their own amenities, I like this strategy, but the hotel can help to provide the necessities if the guest needs it too. The breakfast has plenty varieties, the ham and cheese selections are really good! I might stay in this hotel again in my next trip to Madrid!
