I contacted the property because I noticed some charges in my account. I asked the manager at this hotel why they took my deposit and tried charging me two additional times and the manager stated that house keeping found evidence that I smoked in the room. I told the manager that I do not smoke and they could not do anything about it. I asked for a corporate number and he declined and stated that they could not help. This is the first and last time I will stay in this property.
