This is terrible hotel and their staff service. When I have complained about room stinking and floor is pretty dirty. They said no room service is available. I said next day room service will be available as they come to clean other room. They said your room is not going to be cleaned and threat me to check out. I end up checking out and paid more to other hotel as it’s same day booking. It’s like they treat you like trash. What if my family and kids are with me. I am glad I was alone else it would have been disaster. Staff is very rude to throw you out when you complain. So never ever again to this hotel.

Bad keys & attitude
Neither of the room keys I was given worked. I tried then 10-15 times each. Red light. When I went to front desk I got a truckload of attitude problem. Of the second set of keys, 1 worked at 10 or so times trying, and I discovered the other one worked fine. They have an issue with key generating machine or need to clean out the door locks & refuse to deal with taking responsibility. Needless to say I will not be returning.

the bathroom ceiling either had mold on it or paint coming off. tub was dirty around edge, tub itself had rust/paint coming off. noisy at 130am and 300am!! people yelling past my room. didnt know that NO ONE comes and cleans room daily so i had to take garbage out. never brought new towels/offered. bed linen cheap! pillows uncomfortable. door handle was about to fall off/never felt safe!! the entry cards didnt work, had to go to office 3 times to get to work!! felt price was a bit much!
