This hotel offers firm, but comfortable beds. 2 choices of pillows. A very hot shower. So hot, there is a warning label! :) The onsite swimming pool is a decent size. I did not stay long enough to enjoy other onsite amenities. If you have the option to pay extra for Breakfast and Dinner, TAKE IT! Both buffets did not disappoint! They were DELICIOUS! the staff is super friendly and hospitable! I will definitely be back! The stay could not have been more perfect.

It's a lovely hotel but what stands out to me is the customer service. My wife and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and Suites, and our experience was outstanding. From arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure comfort and enjoyment. Their dedication to excellent service is evident in every interaction. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. I love the breakfast and dinner buffet options. If you sign up for IHG membership which is free, you get 40% off the food. The roof top bar and pool are nice. The mall is right next door so if it is raining you can get there without getting wet. Tons of food options.
