Never never again. This is at best an average 3 star and not 4 as advertised. From no hot water to broken ac to just old and badly maintained. They did change my room when I complained but was similar quality.

I got hurt at this hotel due to a leaking aircon from the ceiling. When I told the staff it was leaking, twice they came to check but never came back to fix it. I slipped in this room. When I reported to the desk, the manager asked me if I had any witness… I mean the question should be are you ok. Been having back pain since. I took pictures to show her but it’s as if she thought I was just being a “Karen”. Didn’t want to say anything but they need to fix that AC to avoid anyone slipping. It’s right in front of the shower and can be a hazard if someone was rushing out of the shower.

The room was not clean. The brekfast buffet was really poor. The staff was not able to find a taxi, I waited for it 30 min. The area around the hotel is really shabby. Not recomended.
