I would highly recommend this hotel . The lady at the front desk greeted us and was very nice and helpful! The room was very clean ! The breakfast in the morning was very good ! They had a variety of things for you to choose from . From hot breakfast ( omelets,sausage, grits) ,to waffles, cereal, fruit,yougurt along with juice, milk and coffee. All rooms are smoke free ! All employees were very polite! We will definitely book here next time we visit Marksville !

I was disappointed that the swimming pool and pool area was closed for repairs. I went planning on the spending the day by the pool, and didnt happen. I was lead to believe the swimming pool would be open and available when I booked the room.

I liked the room size, clean and seemed to be updated. The grounds were well kept clean. I did not like the overall unprofessional behavior of the front desk, especially smoking right near the front interest. Also the hot tub looks like it has been out of order for some time. Good stay and would stay again.
