Room seemed good initially. When I turned on the lights in the morning Roaches everywhere. Roaches in the sink, vanity and mirror. Roaches in my bedside water glass.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. This time I feel like I need to seek lodging elsewhere next time I come to Manteo. I wasn’t in the room 3 minutes and I see 2 roaches. Then when using the bathroom, I see 2 more baby roaches. This means there are eggs and more roaches being born. This is disgusting!! I hope they address this issue.

Stayed one night during Bluegrass Festival. Had a pet-friendly 2 queen room. It was clean, spacious, beds were comfortable. Only thing was the water in the shower alternated from freezing cold, to very hot. But for the price, cleanliness, dog friendliness, walk ability to downtown Manteo, it was a great value. I would stay there again. It’s not fancy, but it was perfectly clean and comfortable.

The in person manager was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. When he was unavailable it was disappointing to receive help. We were locked out of our room for as n hour.
