Staff was nice. Rooms are dated. No elevator so if you have trouble with stairs, make sure to get first floor. The second floor hallway smelled of Cury and was very over powering. Made my wife nauseous.

I have been there twice before and this is the third time I have gone there. It seems like the building has gone down hill since I last been there. The door to the room was weird where you had to pull up the handle to open. And to get in the entrance near my room you had to jiggle the card in and out just to get the door to unlock. Overall not impressed this go around

My 3 night stay was pretty average. Checked for infestation and found none. Nothing in the room was broken. Plenty of toiletries and linens provided. The manual door lock from inside the room wouldn't latch and stay locked. My non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes with a cinnamon cover up scent. Was a very confusing smell. Oh well, can't smell it when I sleep.

I reserved two rooms with one person in each and received a confirmation from Hotels.com for just that. Quality Inn gave us two rooms when we got there, but then called me down to let me know that they only had a reservation for one room with two people and needed one of the rooms back. NO ONE at Quality Inn spoke English well enough to contact Hotels.com but kept telling me to call. What good would that do? We still needed another room. Lobby wreaked of curry and rooms were not completely clean anyway. Now I’m fighting for a refund since the card I used for the reservation has been charged as well as the one I used at check in and we were told we would both be refunded. Total poop show.

Gross.
Room was disgusting. Dead mice, bugs, bathroom and counters didn't look cleaned. Appliances were not installed or operable. Front desk acted like they didn't understand until they were taken to the room and physically shown the dead mice in the sticky traps they laid out. Photos will not upload. I have them as proof of the heath hazzard that was in that room.

The room smelled like someone was smoking in it. Ask management for new room but the said there were none available except a suite. ask to get upgrade to the suite but would not do it for my rate. They came and wiped down the furniture and spray something on the drapes and carpet but that did not help. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Toilet was also not bolted down to the floor. Staff also understood limited English

We stayed in a makeshift kitchen with a king size bed in it. No chair or sofa. The TV was not viewable from the bed due to placement of large refrigerator. Floor was in poor repair. It had large scratches across it like something heavy got dragged across it. The wall under vanity sink was torn apart with exposed pipes. It was like sleeping in the middle of a kitchen while it is being remodeled. It was not a pleasant experience to stay there. Do not stay here!!

Overbooked - dirty and crawling with ants
Room reserved not available- two queens beds needed ended up with king and pull out bed with no sheets- yes asked for them and was provided with only a top sheet. Said they over booked. Room floors were covered in dirt and ants. Would never stay here again.
