Was put at the end of the hallway next to the exit door. I could hear every conversion and when the door closed, it shook the entire wall by the bed. After a long morning of driving and getting in at 830am, i wanted to sleep. I woke up at 1030 with housekeeping banging the vacuum against the door and wall on the outside. Breakfast was mediocre. Hairdryer and microwave did not work. Front desk staff was nice. Besides that it was ok. Parking was good and so was shopping.

I was in first floor. People above me were partying til 1:30am very loud & jumping & wrestling etc. Then again by 4:30am. I got very little sleep & I had family in ICU very ill & made me not ready for the day. Very rude & this was not the first time at this hotel.

We didn’t have the best experience. The sheets were dirty and when we brought it to the hotel attention they basically insinuated that we put these there. We had little specs of black in one of the beds that looked like seeds. I do have pictures they never came in to change the bedding as they said they don’t do that when service comes in. Although we didn’t understand why when the sheets were dirty. The breakfast was probably the only good thing about the hotel and that it also had a restaurant near by. We stayed here on business but this was not the best experience. I was disappointed

I was very pleased with the room quality for the price. Bathroom had a spacious shower with a hand held shower head. That's a perk I don't usually find at this price point. The bed was comfortable. Restaurant was convenient with a nice variety of menu options. My only complaint is that there was no elevator. The combination of no elevator and my arthritic knee made getting my suitcase to my room a challenge. This hospital was very conveniently located near grocery, convenience store and hospital.
