Room was great, not very clean, basic things in bathroom missing, soap, toiletries, will assume this was an oversight. Not many things opened Christmas Eve after 6. The room was awesome. The hotel was excellent. The check-in process needs to be revamped. They had every station open however each person took close to 5 minutes so the line was unbelievably long and doesn't need to be. Should be a simple check-in.
