Great location for West Hollywood area, rooms/ hotel don't quite match the pics but the place was still very clean and secure. Would recommend and stay again.

The rooms were well maintained and nicely decorated. Our room had no refrigerator and the ice maker near the lobby was broken. The laundry was also out of order which was inconvenient. The hotel staff were fantastic and the diner downstairs is amazing. The pool is freezing so was barely usable.

We had a lovely 2 nights here and the staff were great. The little restaurant was very good, delicious pancakes and salads. I would definitely recommend this hotel and there is plenty to see in the area. Food markets are a must. When we return to LA this is where we will stay.

Fantastic hotel, marred only by COVID 19. The hotel did everything they could to make things right and were amazing to us. Will definitely return when things get back to normal.

Spent a wonderful 3 nights here in September. Staff are very helpful and were able to fix things quickly when needed. Great location for LA, being close to many bars, restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend to anyone.
