They need to replace top sheets with newer ones. Bottom sheets were nice but top ones very dingy grey instead of white.

The room was dirty. There were no wash cloths. Only two pillows per bed. The baseboards were off all around the room. They did offer a refund within 15 minutes of checking in due to the hurricane that hit the area two weeks before the updates needed to this motel, were not due to hurricane damage. $268/night was a bit ridiculous considering the description does not match the actual building. Theres no elevator so you have to drag your luggage up flights of stairs. Very inconvenient

Advertised pool has been non existent since 2018. Room and property was dirty. Sketchy people hanging out on the property. Looked kinda like drug dealing. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and had to stay one night because the other local hotels had no availability for that first night. Checked out the next morning.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their service. We travelled with two six year old's and lots of luggage, Got a first floor room, very convenient . Will come back next year for my family reunion in the town

The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair still in the tub and sink from the previous customers. There were stains all over the bathtub. In the morning when I went to take a shower there was no hot water at all. When I went to check out at the front desk and to let them know about there being no hot water, nobody answered to me ringing the customer service bell for five minutes so I had to leave in order to make my appointment, without even speaking to hotel staff.

Worst experience ever
The trip was horrible we had 3 rooms and a family reunion to go to hotel had no water, so we couldn't use the bathroom or take a shower. The elevator was out of order and the only ice machine was on the second floor. All they wanted to give use was $10 a room back and 5% of for next time.There won't be a next time.

Room was clean, but the decor is quite dated. The ice machine did not work. The air conditioning in our friend’s room did not work and the pool was empty. Disappointing.

Poor cooling system!
It was so hot in the room I had to go out and buy a fan! I kept the air conditioner on 61 the whole time and it never cooled off. I tried to speak with the office but ever time I went to the office no one was there; even after ringing the bell no came. Also, when checking in I asked about the points and he didn’t seem to know anything about it. Very disappointed!

Check in was smooth and friendly. Two times in two days my key didn’t work. Rom was clean, bed hard as a rock. Breakfast was all carbs and zero protein. It as clean and priced rather inexpressibly so I didn’t complain but we won’t be staying here again.

Great stay!
We were traveling thru, and looking for a cheap place to stay. The hotel was extreemly nice, front desk staff super kind. My kids loved the free breakfast, and we enjoyed the small town this hotel is in! Easy in and out:)

We stay here everytime we come to town, the staff is super nice and the rooms are clean. Could use some updating as far as room amenities but for the price and overall satisfaction it’s great. We have a service pet and they have never given issue to us having him with us. I would suggest more towels though.
