I usually always stay here but this time makes me think we may never stay bere again. I paid through expedia and they charged us again for the room then at check out she wanted to charge me a 3rd time. The room the put us in was ok but the barking dog was too much. When we asked for them to do something, they told us they would tell the ownser to shut the dog up. Finally after complaining they moved us to a new room. I usually always stay here and this was my worst experience.

Great staff, comfortable stay.
I was coming into town for work and my arrival window kept getting pushed later into the night; the front desk was extremely helpful in keeping my room available for me which was wonderful as I was arriving well past check in time and was really tired. Didn’t have time for breakfast, but it’s available. The place was clean, well maintained, and centrally located. Thanks LQ Pharr
