I was told that the swimming pool was open and had to beg, track down , call Hampton inn 800 number to report the pool closed It’s very important to me and they is why I booked this hotel because of pool. Needed to relax while visiting my sick daddy The front desk did not communicate between each other Pool finally opened on the second day at 11:00

The new sliding barn doors they have on the bathrooms. Have stoppers on them so the doors don’t close all the way plus the bathroom didn’t have a fan so if you had a bowel movement, the whole hotel room got to smell it plus if someone happened to open the door to the hotel room to come in or out while you were in the bathroom people walking down the hallway could see straight into the bathroom, because the door was made not too close all the way

Has been awhile since the renovation and it is starting to show. Stayed here off and on since the 1990s and seen the property improve. Note: there on some rare cooler June days, asked front desk to turn off the ceiling fans and response was “owner wants them on” so they stayed on.
