The hotel is beautiful and a great location. Unfortunately our room was not clean (dirty floors and a child had written over the room) It’s a great place and I’d definitely stay again. The putt putt is a huge rip off and closed 30 minutes after we paid and we did not get to finish our game, a partial refund, or return to finish. Breakfast was also wonderful.

Good Afternoon, My girlfriend and I stayed for the weekend and she let her earrings in a cup and room service came and threw away the cup. We called the front desk and the person offered speaking to the service manager but that's all it got to. No resolution.

Outside of the common areas I loved how your key only allowed you to go to your floor. Great feature to make guests feel safe. Everything from the staff to the rooms was top notch. Having a Wegmans and restaurants on the facility and within walking distance gave this property the competitive advantage over most hotels!
