The hotel is walking distance from the Haram they have signs in the hotel and guide you on how to reach the Haram and was really easy and accessible. The hotel has lots of elevators so I wasn't waiting for long periods of time. I thought the customers service could have been better. I purchased the package that had breakfast included however my flight was leaving early the next day and I wouldn't be able to make it for breakfast. During check in, at the reception I was told I could get packs arranged and it's no problem. I ended up having to talk to 10 different people just to get a final answer and they said they couldn't accommodate when I was told they could. Overall location is good and the hotel was comfortable but the customer service could have been better. Other hotels are able to accommodate these requests especially with the amount of money they charge. Another thing to take into account is the hotel doesn't have a mall or food court so if you get hungry you'll have to leave the hotel and find food elsewhere which can be tiring.

Not too crowded like other hotels due to shopping around , easy access to Haram, fast elevators and amazing breakfast. The only discomfort if the uphill going back from Haram (which is why not recommended for seniors) There was a a unique unpleasant odor upon entering the room which requires deep cleaning may be underneath the beds or carpet smells.

Clean and spacious room, a good variety of options for breakfast and most importantly only a short walk from the Haram. Plenty of lifts and even at busy times no long wait times. The hotel is uphill on the way back from the Haram and pavement crowded with street sellers so often walking on the road - just something to keep in mind particularly for anyone with mobility issues.

Great service clean hotel and room 4 stars due to location. It’s a incline everytime you like to return from haram. Gets tough due to heat and crowd. Hotel is quite a walk to the gate for Umrah . Hotel far from shopping center Al Safa .

Hotel was good, great value for money, only downside is the hill you have to climb when coming back from Haram, on a normal day the hill wouldn't be too difficult, but after completing Umrah with young children that hill nearly broke me down to tears 😢. For that reason I would avoid booking this hotel again, especially if you have elderly or young children with you. It did mention a shuttle service to Haram on Expedia when we booked but we found no such service there, other hotels in the area did have a shuttle service running to Haram, if this hotel could also start one then I'm sure they would get more bookings.

Amazing hotel - it really is - view of haram amazing from hotel great breakfast lots of option - I’d say 3-4 min walk to haram boundary approx 7-8 min walk to nearest haram door . Special mention to housekeeper Here who really looked after us . Check in check out took about a minute tops each
