I liked the staff for the most part. But I did notice one morning, one of the staff members was loudly and obnoxiously complaining about another staff member during breakfast in the breakfast area, I don't think that was very appropriate/professional. We also found a pair of socks under the corner of our bed when we arrived in our room, which was not very far under the bed either, I was sitting on the floor and spotted them. The pool and hot tub were great. Life jackets that people could borrow would be nice. You could check them out with the front desk under your room and if not returned you would be charged.

Both times when I asked for a first floor room it was immediately granted. I like the room size. This one is wheelchair accessible so it has slightly different configuration than others, including a European style shower head, adjustable height and ability to be hand held. Incredible water pressure and hot quickly. Best motel shower since Portugal. 😀 these should be in every room. the bed is quite comfortable. Plentiful device plugins! And the photos of Northwest landscapes are enjoyable motel art. I like the open lobby and breakfast space. Great ambience. Kids like the pool! Your dog is welcome here, though I did not see an outside pet area. A pleasant rest can be had here.

Service was incredible! The room was clean and the hotel provided trolleys for us to take our luggage up. The location is right by the highway, so it’s the perfect place to stop on a road trip. The area felt very safe. Would stay again!

The Front Desk staff are always super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hot tub is actually hot and the pool is a nice temp. The hotel is clean and comfortable but we come back because of the amazing service.
