I’ve stayed here twice. First time was a very last minute unplanned booking, as a solo female. Absolutely incredible customer service, and the second time was also an unplanned stay but with a friend. The balconies weren’t open just yet after renovations, the manager on duty called me and wanted to be sure I was aware and gave me the option to change/cancel my booking if that happened to be a deal breaker for that night. We stayed with our choice and the stay was absolutely perfect just the same as the last time, even with the lack of balcony experience! Very safe and welcoming place, absolutely will be back again!

This was a fantastic hotel. The only downside was that the balconies were still closed. The repairs have been made but the city hasn’t permitted it yet. That was not communicated to me prior to arrival. Other than that, it is a lovely hotel with great customer service.

Property is in need of a major renovation. Paying for a balcony room and arriving to the balconies being condemned is not good business. Discounts should be offered or refunds, they were not. The rooms themselves are old and dated, with bugs present, cracked vanity, dirty feel. It’s a prime location deserving of rehab. Won’t stay again unless that’s done.

The Radisson is a beautiful property. The king bed suite feels large. Views of the ocean from the bedroom and living area; the balcony runs the length of the two. Thank you for a tranquil time.

The balconies were condemned. This is not mentioned on the Expedia website. A manager called me a week before and told me that they were renovated and they were waiting for inspections-lies!!! We were getting ready for a wedding in one of the rooms and our feet were filthy! Tiles broken. Cabinet doors broken. They need a huge remodel to update the entire place.

We were notified THREE days before check in that the balconies were not accessible. The view/ balcony were basically the only reason we had booked here. The balconies had been closed for awhile, i feel we should have been notified at booking. Had we known, we would have stayed somewhere else. Small fee waived. Employees were rude over it
