Not sure I would chose this brand again
I generally don't like hotels with rooms that aren't carpeted. We asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any but they had been ordered. One of the 2 elevators made weird creaking and shuddering noises and the other one was out of service - not very reassuring. I'm assuming this property had not been open very long and that they were still working out the kinks. The receptionist was helpful but seemed to be a little stressed out.

This place never again
Never again will stay in this hotel. We arrived last night from a 10hr drive. The double bed room we reserved and paid for was not available and we had to sleep 4 in one bed. Ridiculous poor management.

The room was small but nice enough. Kinda loud from both noise inside the hotel and out. Firepit didn't work. Only one or two elevators worked. Only one staff member working on a busy night. But the worst part was charging more than the website listed for a pet fee.

From the moment we checked in, until we left, we were treated like a guest should be treated. The staff is always very welcoming, and always so prompt to any needs that arise. I will continue to stay at the Tru by Hilton.
